I Level italian cooking
This course is comprised of 18 hours of lessons in total, with weekly three hour long lessons.
The content of the course includes a variety of different basic cooking techniques. For example, participants will learn how to prepare raw food to create different dishes, how to prepare different meat dishes, the different sizes and cuts of meat, various cooking techniques of meat, for instance with wine, in the oven, on the grill and raw, and side dishes that can be paired with meat.
Furthermore, the course looks at how to prepare fish dishes, side dishes that can be paired with fish, and the different cooking technique that can be used to prepare fish dishes, such as baking, steaming, and with salt.
The different levels of the courses are organised according to skill and knowledge level as the European Regulation requires (EQF levels). The training agency will give a certificate accredited by the region of Tuscany.
