A 24/7 emergency number will be provided to each student, that connects them to a designated on call staff member at any time of day — in English, German Spanish and of course Italian.

Upon request, we are at your disposal for any information regarding further aspects related to your stay in Florence, such as insurance, barbers and hairdressers, Sim cards, bike and car rentals, parking, garages, mechanical repair workshops, itineraries and so on.
