One or two weeks to study and practice Tuscan and Italian wine tasting, with a final tasting at an Enoteca and a visit to a factory during the second week.
Three hours lessons will be held three times a week. You will learn wine tasting techniques, history and geography about the wines and finally how to combine wine and food, also through practice.
The wines during the course will mostly be about Tuscan wines and some of the most famous Italian wines outside Tuscany.
