Our professional cookery course is designed for all those who are passionate for the subject and who wish to become professional chefs. The participants will learn Italy’s culinary art, working closely with a Chef who will guide them throughout the course, teaching everything from the basic techniques required in the kitchen to the creation of elaborate and delicate dishes.
The programme is structured into 3 levels, each lasting 4 weeks, giving the course a total duration of 12 weeks.
Classes are held twice a week, with each lesson lasting 4 hours. At the end of each level (every 4 weeks), there is a practical test, which must be passed in order to move on to the next level. At the end of the course, it is possible to do an internship in a selected restaurant. Each course has a maximum of 5 participants.
