Standard apartment
 If you chose this type of accommodation, the most economic one, you will share an apartment consisting of two or three rooms in a quiet area out of the old town centre with other students, with workers or with the owners.
All standard apartments can be reached in a short time by using the public transportation or, for all who love to walk, in maximum 45 minutes walk.
You can choose either a half double room to share with another students, or a single room.
In the kitchen you will find all the necessary tools and you will have the opportunity to experience and enjoy new recipes of the Italian cooking.
It is up to you to clean common spaces (that is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room) and your room. You need not stuff your suitcase with sheets and towels, since the owner will make them available.
Usually, our most economic apartments are not equipped with TV, washing machine and telephone. In case there should be such utilities, you will have to make specific agreements with the owner about how and when to use them.
Comfort apartment
 Comfort apartments are different from standard apartments because they are located in the old town centre and can be easily reached in a maximum 20 minutes walk.
Differently from standard apartments, these housing opportunities are always provided with washing machine, TV and, in most cases, with air conditioning. For these reasons, these types of apartments are most expensive than the standard ones.
Room + private bathroom 
Some standard and comfort apartments are provided with single or double rooms with private bathrooms. If you are interested in staying in such a room, more expensive than the other options, you have to request with due advance as they are available only in limited number and in certain periods.
How to behave in a shared apartment
An apartment accommodation requires some fundamental rules to be respected: do not leave dirty dishes, throw the garbage every day, do not invite friends or acquaintances to sleep there without permission, do not organize parties that may disturb the neighbours (and force them to call the police), do not occupy temporarily vacant beds. It is also compulsory to immediately advise the school management or the owner in case of broken objects and leave the room clean before your departure.

Accommodation price includes:
Accommodation placement service, electricity, gas and water, cleaning before arrival, bed linen and towle sets and its regular change every 2 weeks, use of kitchen.
Accommodation price do not includes:
deposit (if asked for), air conditioning (if available). The deposit may be around 100 euro, to be refunded upon departure (unless some damages have been done). Supplementary cost for private bathroom.
